Accessibility is part of how the Institute's published work reaches its intended audiences. We aim for the site to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across both languages, and we apply that standard to the editorial and procedural design of our published outputs.
Practice
The site supports keyboard navigation, screen-reader use, and reduced-motion preferences. Colour is not the sole carrier of information. Focus indicators are visible. Documents published as PDFs include accessible alternatives where the underlying material permits.
Known limitations
We aim to be honest about limitations. The site's Arabic-language version is partial — some pages remain in English with translations pending. Some older documents in our archive may not yet have accessible alternatives. We address these as resources permit.
Reporting issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us at accessibility@jathwa.org. We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days.
