Programme

Strategic Unit

Capacity-building, methodology work, and structured analysis on the broader institutional questions that frame legal practice — sovereignty, accountability design, the architecture of public reasoning.

01

Overview

The Strategic Unit pairs capacity-building with structured analysis, supporting both the Institute's external partners and its own internal methodological development.

Capacity-building

The Unit convenes workshops, training programmes, and practitioner roundtables. It also maintains the Institute's methodology notes — short, citable statements of practice that anchor our work and invite challenge.

Structured analysis

On the analytic side, the Unit produces policy papers, longer-form essays, and the Institute's commentary stream. Its analytic work feeds back into the methodology notes and the broader research agenda.
