The Institute marks the public release of its emergency-powers comparative database with a public launch event. The Dataset catalogues the codified emergency-powers frameworks of 24 jurisdictions across five regions, with structured tagging across the five procedural features identified in the Institute's companion comparative Report.
Programme
The launch will include a brief presentation of the Dataset, a walk-through of the tagging schema, and an open discussion of intended use cases. Researchers, practitioners, and legislators are welcome.

The Dataset is published under an open-access licence with attribution. Direct download links and the schema specification will be made available at the launch.
